Ascension looking for players:
Ascension is a new team forming in the South Jersey/Philadelphia Area. We are currently searching for Rookie/Division 3 players for all positions. A 5-Man squad will be put together over the course of the tryout dates, with plans to expand to 2 5-Man squads when possible. Tryouts will be held over of 2-3 Sundays to eliminate any chance of having a bad day, missing a day because of prior engagements, etc. Players are more than welcome to contact the team to request a tryout after the set dates, but we urge you to attempt to make it out to the scheduled tryouts.
Ascension will be attending either CCPL or GPL(or both) depending on a team vote once the core roster is filled. Other tournaments will be considered based on the teams performance. Practices will be held at Captn Carls, Condor Paintball Park, and indoor fields to be chosen at a later date. This list is not set in stone however, as we may travel to other fields when necessary.
What we are looking for:
- Dedication: Players are needed to be at practice EVERY Sunday and stick with the team.
- Good work ethic: Must be willing to drill and practice as a team.
- Moderate Experience: While we are willing to work with some players we see potential in, when it comes down to it, this team is being built to win.
- Tournament level equipment: Explanation shouldn't be necessary.
- NO ATTITUDES/SUPERSTARS
- Transportation/Financial Stability: No excuses about missing practices because of being broke or not having a ride(extraordinary circumstances excluded)
