Get money from paypal now?

I know you can order debit card...but I remember purchasing a dremel through papal at walmart. and picking it up in-store and wondered if I could buy something worth my paypal balance currently and then return it to get Nomal cash.

Any experience with faulted tranacton on walmart.com where you had to return an item? or just had the same idea as me?

To avoid a TP:

I just talked tothem and they say it will be retunred to paypal only. If it was less than 90 days from when i bought the dremel I would try but I can't. any luck?

I have PP linked to 2 different bank accounts, one of which is bank of america. I have had a PP debit card for like 2 years so now it is not a problem, but i used to be able to move money into the Bank of america account almost instantly somehow.

my problem is i didnt have a bank account. i called walmat and they said you should be able to buy a visa debit with a gift card but when i went to the store i was stuck with a gift card. you could probably just choose to return for cash but idk if it will go into your paypal or just give you cash. idk how that works.
