How do u get a team to communicate mine won't and we loose cause of it. I need some drills tht will help

you could try going to a pro/semipro event and watching them, then showing your team just how important communication is then then try to find another team that train near to you, then ask them if they'll let you coach their team to practise the calls at a training session then try it on the field
hope this helps, worked for us

Best one is put on a regular game but have 1 guy on each team without a gun and can't get out, even if he gets hit, his only job is to communicate, without his voice he is completely useless, with his voice he is your most powerful player |

Very good drill to run and swap the "voice player" to different members of your team. to get good communication throughout. |

I know how to do it without losing paint. Have the team all get at bunkers they would normally play at, pretending to play. Next, have a guy running around on the other side of the field as everyone screams out his position. Try to get to a point where you can do it really quickly, then try and do it in-game. but first you have to familiarize yourself with how to identify and call out each bunker.

Forget drills just do it. Its not a hard concept. Come up with a code that is comfortable for everyone to use. Days of the week or just the regular G-count like most people and do it. Your team should be able to identify that you are loosing because of it.
