no but i am much closer than i've ever been right now. If I had to guesstimate my bf i'd say it is maybe slightly higher than Dake's as of his last pic.

So ****ing happy this morning. Scale read 144.4... 20.6lbs from where I started this year. And I actually get to count it! I'd been sitting at 148-150 for about 3 months.
Next happy moment will be at 139.x... and I hope it only takes me about 2 weeks to get there.
All those weeks of feeling like I was starving were well worth this moment.

Alot of us like PHAT for cutting. But make sure you cut down on volume.
On power days for example, if your doing 5x5 on an exercise I would suggest dropping it to 3x5. Since recovery isn't going to be like it was while bulking.

Are you guys talking about cutting weight in general or dropping weight down to make weight?
Anyways, I'm at 190 right now at about 18%BF. Hopefully get down to ~10% and be 170-175. Then I'll cut weight to 155 to fight.

Honestly... I've seriously been considering posting pics (was thinking about doing it today, actually), but I'm hesitant because I don't want to be ostracized.
