My Senior Wrestling Weight cutting routine would go as follows
Breakfast
Wrestling class
Lunch
Practice 2-3 hours loosing somewhere around 2-4lbs
Get somewhat hydrated go to the YMCA and chill in the hot tub for about 30 min
Then try and get a 30-45 min session in the sauna tryed to sleep in there
then to cool off in the pool for about 15 min swim laps or somethin
Dinner
Sleep
repeat 3-4x a week
some baked chicken and rice and pedialite
Losing 10-15 lbs a week to make weights on thursday nights and saturdays

I'd read in the Sauna when cutting last time. I'm thinking maybe I'll get a pipe and a Sherlock Holmes caps to give old men the lulz when cutting this time.

Lost about 50lbs two years ago and have been sitting at 200 since then. I am getting motivated to lose some more weight now...my plan this time is to get down to 175-185ish, I am 6'1....cant wait

I don't think I've ever lost less than 3lb for a full practice. Most I ever lost was close to six.
Our 119 and 130lbers were always having to cut a **** ton and would have 5-6lb practices on the reg. But they also wore plastics, multiple shirts/sweatshirts, etc.

yea that's pretty average. boxing gyms are usually not expensive. i used to pay $50 a month for 15 classes when i had to pay.
def do it up. nothing like it.

damn you cut hard. i was never that intense. most i had to do some was only eat gatorade the day b4 the math... and eat barely anything the rest of the days lol. so glad those days are done, although i would like to start wrestling again. considering wrestling for the team here next year. i know i would be a monster at 125.

damn ya. i would wear t shirt and gym shorts.
dake, serious suggestion. eat a handful of almonds and follow it with 20 oz of water. it absorbs the water and makes you full for a long time.

I'm still hanging around 185 but my waist is shrinking so I'm hoping to piss out a few pounds sometime soon. Also, my body simply won't poop. I started taking fiber and I still only go like once every few days. It won't let that **** go.<---trollololol
but seriously, wtf.

In my entire life up to this point that I can remember, I have never ever pooped this infrequently. It kind of freaks me out.

Ha... this has been an ongoing issue for me since I started eating less. Plus, my thyroid meds are off, which adds to the problem. I was getting concerned like you, hsilman, and I finally decided to take some milk of magnesia to help move things along (albeit temporarily). I'm consuming more than enough fiber, so I don't know what the hell is going on.
And of course, NOW I hit my mini-goal of 145 this morning (144.6, actually!... 30.4lbs from my highest, 20.4lbs down since I started back in January)... but I can't really count it.
