i thought it was low but 440 on a 68 3000 is ridiculous. any ideas on where i should look to see about bringing that up a little?

Check for leaks in/on the hoses on the inside of the frame. Also, replace internal o-rings in the bolt system.

Have you swapped the settings over? when purchased it is setup to use co2 not HPA, it tells you in the manual how to do it, something like connecting the battery while holding the power button. if its set up for co2 it will guzzle the air. i run mine on hpa and get about hopper and 4 pods on a 68/3k fill with a air left over.

That is right. Hold the power button while you connect the battery. One flash of the power button means CO2 dwell settings, two flashes means HPA dwell settings.

ok sorry it took so long to get back to you guys...changed the dwell and it looks like it was already in the HPA mode but i pulled the whole gun appart down to individual parts and it looks like the kid i bought it from never cleaned it more than a swab in the breach. the gun had about 1/8 of an inch of build up between the back of the bolt and the back cap. and i had to use a tooth brush on the board it was caked in what looked like dirt and dried up paint and i am pretty sure all the fittings in side the gun were loose. it didn't sound like it was leaking before but who knows all i know is after a full break down and cleaning it shoot alot smother and isn't killing a 68/3000 in a pod and a hopper. so thanks for all your help

I tested mine with some old reballs the other day. I of course have a blackheart and L7 Techt bolt in mine, with fitted o-rings (the bolt slides smooth in and out of the bolt stop. I was getting 500psi per pod on a 70/45 tank (which is as big as an older 68/45 that I have.
I thought that was pretty good. The way I average that out, it's probably 8 pods and a hopper. Which is 1320 shots, if fill everything up (pods, tank, hopper).
