Roster changes

i hate there system for updating rosters. our team is paid and tried changing the roster 3 times over the period of 2 weeks. I know what your going to say "someone has to manually do it" but the thing is other teams are having their rosters changed why not ours. i emailed them and they replied with the above quote. appa>nppa

Their whole system is effed up. They are slow to respond to not just that but to other requests as well.

The changes wont show up on the site. If you make the changes you will receive an email. That email is your new roster and that is the list they will have at the event. We have changed our roster before all 3 events so far and they have gotten it right every time, although the site only shows the original roster. If you are really worried like I was at HB, then print out the email confirmation and bring it. But from my past experience, they have been on top of it at the event, the site just doesn't get updated.

Call valerie at the NPPL office. She will help you. She's the backbone of the NPPL.

If you call Valerie, she say to just fill out the online players change form. Even if you get the email with the stated change, it does not show up. Just tell your player or players to pay for their ID Card & all will be fixed at the event.
