I don't remember the official break in numbers but you'll probably want to put at least 4 cases through it before you mess around. On a positive note, most demons are getting great efficiency numbers out of the box so I wouldn't sweat it at all, you'll already be getting plenty of shots. As with all spoolers, it only gets better over time. Lube lite, lube often and don't change orings unless you must!
One trick I used to use on my spoolers was to just air the suckers up and let them sit for a day(ok so maybe I fired a few shots here and there

), then degass for day then air up again etc etc. That will also help break in the reg seat and drive train orings a bit. It's not AS good as shooting but it sped things up for me. It also let me know if I had any internal leaks by noting any air loss during the process.
