The money drain has begun...
Last week was Batman: Arkham City
This week is Battlefield 3
The week after is Uncharted 3
The week after that is Modern Warfare 3 and Skyrim
The week after that is Halo: Anniversary, Saints Row: The Third and Assassins Creed: Revelations
My poor wallet, and free time, is booked. My wife is going to forget who I am as I'm glued to the TV til 2012! Don't forget SWTOR also comes out just before that, too!
So many good games coming.

Agreed on how it looks, but I enjoy the story of the Infinity Ward COD games, and they're always good for "jump in/jump out" games.
Skyrim, though, I'm psyched for.

The only game I'm likely to buy in the coming weeks is Halo Anniversary. Assuming they haven't messed with the maps too much, multiplayer on XBL will be fun as hell.

BF3 - preordered for $48
MW3 hardened - pre ordered for $107
These two games will consume enough of my time for awhile
Also bought ps3 wireless headset for $84.

BF3 I went PC (same probably for Skyrim on release, too). BF3 is downloaded, and waiting for the "release update" to push to be playable.
Depending on how into BF3 I get will determine how fast I get MW3. With Skyrim, Saints Row and AC:R being so huge and single player focused that is going to eat up a lot of time.

I think he means the tech.
BF3 is a huge leap from BF2, and even the previous BC games.
MW3 looks, visually, like MW2.

GW2 will take my money. No questions asked.
BF3 for PC, and MW3 for console may tide me over until then. Also maybe Forza 4, I'm enjoying the demo.

I've only bought Skyrim, but I also just payed forward my years worth of WoW subscription (to get a free copy of Diablo 3) so I'm also out of money

I won't disagree there. This is fact.

We have odd work schedules so on days I have off she works part of the day, and vice versa. So I have a lot of free time on my days off before we hang out, etc.
Plus I've always been a gamer (had a Bally system prior to the NES release, but had the NES, SNES, Genesis, N64, PSX, etc etc etc) thanks to my pops so gaming is just... well... normal to me. Plus my back is jacked so I can't PB anytime soon.
