Toasted bagel crammed with 3-4 cooked egg whites, 3-4 thin slices of chicken breast, spinach leaves, slice of pepperjack cheese, sprinkled with flaxseed and a bit of Tony Chacheres Creole seasoning with a side of cherry tomatoes. Never gets old for me. Takes about 6-8 minutes to make depending how fast you cook your eggs. I rarely am ever awake enough in mornings though to actually pull this off, usually ends up being dinner.
