Making this undermount

Im making a certain underbarrel mount for a certain marker. To do this i need some kind of part that i can screw into my marker that will allow me to attach that marker to the weaver rail. Im having trouble finding a part that can do this and dont have the equipment to make it or the money to have it built by somebody else. Any ideas?

Give us some more information, particularly:

What kind of gun you are trying to put a rail on? Mounting to an A1 is different from an A5.

What will you be attaching to the rail? Size and weight are relevant to this.

Answer those questions and you may get some help.

Under of my alpha black shroud weaver, and somehow use some sorta devise to attach it to my TPX pistol top weaver rail, serving as a grip and undermount, hopefuly easy release

You would want a female to female weaver rail adaptor... problem is I don't know they exist. Call a machinist, they could probably make one in less than a day.

They exist. Use google. It'll likely be a fire arm website that doesnt sell to people under 18/21 and wont ship to canada, CA, NYC, or a bunch of other places.

just find what they are, then ebay it. Simply owning a female to female weaver rail adapter isnt illegal. Its just that certain firearms stores dont sometimes b/c of certain reasons. E.g Canada has strict and complicated gun laws. Thus firearms stores tend not to ship anything there to avoid complications.
