Try replacing the front two o-rings on the outer engine.

Dow 5d lube? Try replacing the oring in front of engine. Its inside the can on the front opening. Also before replacing anything else, did you dry fire the gun and see if the leak seals up?

Dow33 is not the recommend lube for BL guns. You should be using dow55 to seal the orings and create a better seal...

correct, its possible. 55 swells the orings and creates a better seal. Its whats the gun is made for.

iv had a friend who got a vic and did not use dow55. it was leaking constantly and he was about to sell it off for 500 (it was a brand new ripper vic too ) but once i told him to take off all of the old lube and put dow55 on and let it sit for am hour or so, when he went to shoot it there were no leaks.
so yes, following the manual and using the lube it says is a good idea, and this is where your problem lays.

I like to necro... But I had the same problem, and since I'm a new Victory owner, I had the oring on the donut facing towards the breach area and not towards the back of the gun.
Make sure the donut is facing towards the back of the gun. Though I hope this is resolved already.
Posting to help out any other new people looking for help. I didn't find this until I RTFM really carefully and noticed.

It happens a lot with bob long guns, if you over lube the engine then it leaks through the barrel (happened to me) so wipe some off. If that doesn't work contact bob long tech. and get some new o-rings for the can and take a look at the o rings on the bolt engine and make sure they aren't worn down
