Anyone notice that X-factor isn’t signed up for World Cup? The deadline is tonight. These guys have been rumored to be on their way out for years. I wonder if the clock finally tolled for thee (them, not sure what the old English equivalent of ‘them’ is).

We already knew that TKO was all done. Not just not going to Cup, but all done, with players jumping onto RNT ALLSTARZ (which I read referred to as “Jerry’s last dance” or something similar). I guess this is a one-and-done outing for the long time players from FL.

But we don’t know yet where Assault is. They are not registered (and, again, the deadline is tonight) and rumors are flying that their players are looking around for new teams.

I wonder what that means for other NE teams, if Assault breaks up. It has the potential to strengthen LIFT, TopGun, Hurricanes… Then again, maybe this isn’t a breakup. Maybe they are simply late paying. Or maybe they are skipping the last event but will be coming back strong.

There's no real point to this thread. People can post rumors or speculation on Cup or beyond or whatever. I'm bored. And still trying to resuscitate the forum.

I recall hearing somewhere that Assault wouldn't be at Cup, whether or not they're breaking up I don't know.
