I'm now of the opinion which is shared with others, your bolt is sticking. You either need to up the dwell, add lube, new rings or (and most likely, imo) a replacement bolt bumper.

I said it earlier, send your gun out. You probably have a bad solenoid. Whenever you have a situation where the marker is shooting fine one minute and then choking the next, and then fine again, it's usually the battery or the solenoid.

You had said previously that your bolt was stopping part way out. The older bumpers tended to "hang" on the ring on the spool long enough to slow the bolt down and prevent it from becoming fully retracted.

I know. I also just fixed an NT11 with bolt stick as the orange bumper had just worn flat enough to cause a similar issue.

Have you observed that by looking into the feed neck while cycling the gun with the eyes off? Or is it that you find it part way out after a string of paint. This is a very critical observation; as the part-way-out after a string of paint is indicative of the bolt stick issue.
