My team is registering for D4 in Vegas and I would like to know when we need to arrive in Vegas. Is Thursday Afternoon OK or do we have things that need to be done on Thursday. Thursday arrival would be alot easier on my marriage and arranging Sitters for the kids.

You just need enough time to fill out your waivers and check your team in. That takes about 30minutes to an hour.

Thursday is good. It's best to arrive at the hotel before 5:00 to check-in, get badges and walk the field. The Captains meeting is usually around 6:00 or 7:00pm. Although not required to attend it is a great source for information and to have any questions answered. Frank and Chuck do a good job of explaining the rules and what to expect on game day.

Unless you do valet, parking can be a pain at the Riviera, if you're driving. If not, then make sure to see if there's a shuttle service that goes directly to the Riviera from the airport. I believe those are usually free, but I could be mistaken.

most hotels have a shuttle in vegas free of charge but it only makes so many trips per day so sometimes you have to wait for a bit
