Delrin Push pins that are almost flush with the back block..

E1-2 replacement buttons

Been thinking about doing a cocker bolt kinda starting small and moving up

next project is to program in gcode some Eblade grips and make them outta wood.

lathe work wise im gonna do a delrin cocker bolt I think something similar to a jam bolt I think..

there's something to be said for a good airflow design, too. ramped inlet and no jarring transitions (keep in mind that the hole in the body is .25" in diameter, so don't go from that to .5" diameter. didn't work well for me.), and you're on the right track. seems like a bunch of bolts ignored that and just poked holes in delrin, but there's definitely an improvement to at least thinking through the design (no math needed). i think my second-gen bolt for my midblock saw a 10-15 FPS increase over the first-gen, went from .5" diameter inlet and outlet, 90* corner to a 11/32" angled inlet and either 5/16" or 3/8" outlet. o-rings are a good plan as well, unless you plan to have your hands on the body the bolt is going in and a way to test-fit without taking the bolt off of the lathe.

I like to run a 3/8 endmill under my bolts. All the air goes out through the underside. It works very well. Got it from some dude on custom cockers, so its not my idea.

Not gonna do the 3/8th end mill under the bolt gonna do a slik style bolt and try to shave as much weight off as i can.

Did a couple in aluminum and titanium too. HOLY Crap titanium is hard to cut and takes sooo frickin long

As a fellow machinist i support you. and yes titanium sucks to cut. try some brass or copper for some cool colors.

Only 1/4 copper i can find is in wire form and That sure as hell doesnt machine well. Brass Ill try soon noone has really requested any though.
