Hi everyone im new to the forums and looking forward to getting some knowledge from everyone's input about the changes that has happened over the years. I havent played Paintball for a couple of years so im kinda rusty at it again.., so i would like to know where are decent paintball shops and fields are inside IL. the ones i know of are Fox Paintball which i recently got a 1 year membership to play and an all New setup for gear. This is what im working with so far: Empire Axe, Barrel = 14" NightStick, With a 68/4500 CrossFire tank with a Empire Prophecy z2 loader and a dye pro i3 mask. i know there is a few other things i should get but ill get with time. Im looking for people to actually Play with and enjoy the sport again. So if anyone has any comments on where to go for gear or to play with fun and outgoing people let me know. Im a dedicated and serious player thats wants to grow and learn from anyone and everyone i possible could! Thanks for reading!

Discount Paintball has a store in Elk Grove Village, it's on Elmhurst Rd right around Devon. Fox has good paint deals on Wednesdays. Fox is BYOP so I prefer to play there on the rare occasion I can get out. CPX is nice and I've heard Paintball Explosion up in Dundee is a good time, both are field paint only. Are you playing speedball, Woodsball or both?

@ LiL LEG: The thing i havent played Paintball in about 3-4 years and had old gear still, but i bought all new gear and im ready to play with a group of people whenever and where ever. the gear that i have so far is empire axe with a prophecy z2 loader and 68/4500 crossfire carbon fiber tank. My goggles are dye i3 pro and there are other things im missing such as a 4+3 pod harness or any Pod harness to be exact but ill be getting one of those this week or so. But if you guys are willing to let me play with you guys and teach me some things here and there ill be more than happy to go there and tryout!
