what happens in a gross penalty

well the reason I ask is because is i was hit with a paintball going 330 after they chronoed him and I looked it up and it is a gross penalty. My question is is what is the punishment for it

From the PSP rulebook: 3.11.4.2.1. A player receiving a gross penalty may not play for the next 3 points played
by the team.

From the NPPL Rulebook: 23.05 Three-Game Suspension. Players may be suspended, causing the team to play
short for three games for the following infractions: (4) Shooting at a Velocity of 320fps or higher.

Basically by both PSP and NPPL rules, he shouldn't have been able to play the next three points.

yea it over im going to the judge after i got hit i couldnt play anymore
