I thought the lp poppet was made to drop your hpr pressure not the lpr pressure.

But to answer the question, the stock and LP poppet use the same cupseal.

Its funny that you call it a cupseal because thats what Spyder calls it but bob long calls it Poppit they look exactly the same. Yes if it gets "Broken in" its bad and would need to be replaced!

Yes, they are similar but the term "broken in" doesn't actually mean that something is broken. It's referring to the gun being used. Basically stating that the gun is shooting at full potential, as if you were to "break in" a brand new pair of sneakers.

Is there anyway to tell the LP from HP poppet? I bought my G6R used and I'm not sure which is in it. If it's the HP I can't imagine how quiet and smooth it is with the LP.

LPR is rather low, you sure you sweetspotted it correctly? Bump it up to 70 or so and see what your chrono readings do.

The best settings I've found are 70-75 LPR and 190-200 HPR. Shooting at 295 with +/- 3. BJorn is the man!

Whats everyone's settings w/ pillow bolt and LP poppit?
My settings were LPR 85 HPR 210. Chrono @ 270-280's. Dwell 6. Bore match is spot on. I tried relubing my regs and sweet spotting. Still came out to the numbers mentioned. Help is appreciated

Probably not sweet spotting it correctly.
Or your gauges are off.
