DLX Luxe O-Rings (LISTED)

Hello, First I can not take credit for this list. This list was provided to me by Don at DoodleBugSportz (www.doodlebugsportz.com) Great Guy!

All I did was clean the list up a little and made the Urethane and HBNR orings stand out a little.

I am trying to get a CAD cutaway view next so that I can call out all of these orings on it, so that we can use it for reference.

I'd appreciated it if a MOD added this to the Luxe Sticky - as I know it will help us new guys out!

Added a link into the sticky. Ydna already has a diagram for the firing assembly on his website (www.zdspb.com), but does not have the assembly for the reg.

Yep - Got the firing Assy. YDNA's Great! - I just want the rest!

Need the Reg, Manifold, ASA, body, etc. Anywhere there's an oring.
As I come across them, I will add with call outs. When I service my reg(no time soon) I will take some more detailed photos and label accordingly.

Oringmonkey has a luxe total rebuild oring kit for pretty cheap.

Mcmaster has the correct size and duro, not material.

True. You dont need the HBNR material though. Buna will work fine. McMaster sells those.

We will have all the correct orings back in stock in about a week as well as the mini player kits.
The biggest difference in materials is how long the orings actually last... and how much of the wear material ends up thruout the gun, ever notice that the grease turns black with Buna orings? It all boils down to how much you want to spend & how many times you want to spend it.
The HN orings also tend to have better tolerances. We use to use HN thruout the gun in our team guns, but found over time that in some places they just don't hold up well like in the reg, and they tend to be a bit better when the lube gets thin..

Yep - and thanks again for the list. And I will be in touch for a Full Parts Kit - and Spare Board! It was great talking to you (if this is Don). Please keep looking for that CAD Diagram...... I can't put a face on some of the oring locations. O_o

Thanks and DoodleBugSportz is trying to get me one. Don said they have a CAD drawing somewhere, and one machine (PC) went belly up. But Don seems to be a great Guy and if he says, "He'll find it." He'll find it!

I will diagram it up to show all the O-ring locations.

006/ 70 UR? Is that the size of the o-ring needed for the asa?

I'm pretty sure the Luxe has the same HPR as the ion. Here's the diagram please remove if I'm wrong but it looks the same.
