My batt t-shirt is black so we can only wear those for PT too.. I was talking about a special platoon t-shirt they made us all buy.. to try and get the platoon moral and team-work effect up or some **** I don't know..

Yea... one of the things I didn't understand was how we were getting *****ed out about not coming together as a platoon to buy the company t-shirt because no one wanted one.... except that's exactly what we were doing... we came together as a platoon and said "**** your shirt".

I dont understand how yall have such ****ty leadership. There were rarely ever any petty ****ty arguments and ******* regulations when I was a PL and a Company Commander. Reading y'alls stories baffles me sometimes. Guess it's hard to find O's with a decent head on their shoulders....prolly explains why I don't interact with them socially..

For our platoon it's because all of our squared away NCOs are getting out of the army, leaving all the garbage ones.

The great leaders of the O community rarely make it past CPT because they hate their leadership so much. I had some awesome officers when I was in Germany and have met a few here but there are so many ****ty ones and so many 1sgts and PSGs that want to kiss *** or whatever that it's beyond retarded. I have a number of soldiers who are great but will be getting out because of ****ty senior leadership. You should see how some of the senior leadership struts around here "pissing and ****ting excellence"

Most of the gay **** around here comes from the PSG and 1SG.. I don't know how much comes from the BC but I'm pretty sure plenty comes from him too.. but from what I can see myself it's the PSG and 1SG.. and then everyone else with their mouth wide open trying to suck as much dick as possible.

Every week when I was in charge of my company I'd take all my NCO's down to squad leaders and sit make everyone sit in a circle on the floor and talk about the week. What was working and what wasn't. I'm not in the business of making people miserable. |

If they drill sgt doesn't know your name by the end of the cycle, you've done good...
so just stay blended in.. worked well for me.
Also, what forums do you guys go to? Need some new ones..
