Looking at buying an open class center feed phantom. Can you remove the insert and install a CCI clamping feedneck? I don't want to have to use an elbow. I hate how high they make the hopper sit.

If you call mike - he does sell center feeds using a clamping feedneck.

That OR buy the SC breech with the OC adapter and clamping feedneck. Gives you the option of switching between SC and OC should you want.
