I have a Creed and Im trying to move back the ASA so a GA reg can clear the gun without scratching it. I have removed the two screws in the bottom of the grip frame that holds the ASA in place. However, the ASA wont budge no matter what I do. Are these ASAs glued to the gripframe? Has anyone had this problem? Thanks for the help.

They aren't glued and it should slide easily on the rail once you have loosened the two screws.

So strange. I cant think of any reason why it will not be able to move back. Its not a major setback but bugs me.

I just had to move mine Friday so my ninja would fit with no problems. Odd.

Carefully tap it with something. If it is caught it could be stuck on something and you dont want to crack it!

Make sure the front knob is screwed out so it doesn't catch on the grip if you're trying to move it backwards

a small soft faced plastic hammer will work great^ i've used it to get many stuck ASA's and parts off without any issue
