What's the best airport to fly into for this event?

Dulles International is about 20 miles from the field

Definitely Dulles (DIA). The only other option if RFK (Reagan). Reagan takes you to DC which is about an hour from the field. Dulles is 20 mins.

Dulles is right there, Reagan/National is in alexandria/arlington, about 50 or so miles out. BWI is another option if you're renting a car. It's in between baltimore and DC, but is much cheaper for about 50% of the flights in the area. in terms of pain in the *** to get to the field, BWI and National are about the same.

Dulles is the logical choice. Its a roughly 20 minute drive from the field and you won't have to deal with most of the horrible traffic we have in the area.

Airport code is IAD, but yes it's the best to fly into.

Minus flying into ghetto local airports on private single engines, Dulles (IAD) is the closest (by a fair amount) and probably the smoothest to get through... .
