NEVER EVER AM I POLISHING A SIDE FEED GUN... OMG its a ***** to get around the feed neck....

heres finished product






Think im gonna re sand it some but stepping from 200-400-600-800-1000-2000 my hands were starting to hurt at the end and I didnt do it very long with the 2000.

13 years of battle damage most of it sanded out hehe

sand paper a dremal with a 200 grit flapper sandpaper thingy and mothers mag

I bet a 20 dollar sand blasting kit from Harbor Freight would have done a much better job in about 10 minutes time. Then you can go to the polishing wheel from there.

But fyi the sandblast would come out looking even and perfect.
