That's what we're trying to figure out, but if you have to ask that question, chances are you should look into a program like starting strength instead...

Lurker: Would you recommend using the bar for NBC squats and bench; or stick with BW?

Bar would be fine but then you're actually going to the gym which isn't time efficient.
If you have on in the house, by all means.

Nice new update. Do we preactivate chest? I would think we would but you don't say it in the guide where you list the exercises and whether to preactivate or not.

As in the test subjects go stronger without kaatsu, but they never mentioned anything about adding more mass without it.

DT read that page and draw your own conclusions
brb training heavy once a week
brb no one heavy training a week w/o kaatsu control
brb still almost as effective as high resistance training

Wrote this for jewfro, may help others
Chest - BB Bench + Hammerstrength, cable crossover both days for pump
Shoulders - standing military press, hammerstrength, lateral raises both days for both
Triceps - skull crusher/lurker extension, CGBP/JM press/Reverse bench. Behind head partial db raises (no lockout) for pump
Back width - Chins, Rack chins/Hammerstrength. 1 arm bent over lat pulldown (motorcycle row) for pump
Back Thickness - Rack pulls, Tbar row. cg cable row for pump (not needed probably)
Biceps - standing BB curl, preacher curl. Spider curl or concentration curl for pump
Forearms - haven't been dong lemur on these tbh, just basic work
Calves - haven't been dong lemur on these tbh, just basic work, donkey calf raise is by far the best
hams - BB hip thrust, ham curl machine/GHR. Ham curl for pump if you feel the need.
Quads - squats, hack squats. somersault squats, lunges, or leg extensions for pump
