Force feed killed off the super high rise feednecks and the powerfeed. I still like the idea that you could turn the feed off and on with the twist of a plug but I didn't like the balance compared to a nice centerfeed and cleaning it could suck sometimes. |

naww....they actually finally ruled that unconstitutional in norfolk and VB. but they will still bust your *** down on the oceanfront though.

pumps are old school since the sport had pumps before semis so pumps are old school i got two pumps now

Pumps are like art deco decor. Both have been around long enough they have come back into vogue. Some of the new pumps are very nice. To be old skool pump, your marker must be brass or at least you are using a PVC stickfeed or something similar.
Real old skool is remembering a time when there was no paintball. Or mixing up the first batch of dirt (I was there and helped).

Then I guess I'm old school. None of my pumps are younger than 10 years old, and I got an old PMI-1. |

that place has gone to hell paintball wise. there will maybe be 3-4 people a day max. but i remember when the e-blade hit the market for cockers

No. With a lot of guns you get blowby and it tends to blow the balls up into the hopper if you have a strait feed and gravity hopper. With a "powerfeed" the ball bounces up against the plastic bumper and back down into the gun.
To keep this thread on track...you know you Old Skool when; you know what a powerfeed is because you watched the videotape that came with the 68Automag you bought new in 1994. (c:
