tony, good move on moving to portland area.. a lot better for outdoor enthusiasts. nice to meet you guys.
have you guys ever thought about changing your forum platform? i'm a web developer in SF and would love to through out some ideas for a redesign, new open-source platform. You guys have some much good content, and i feel it gets drowned in this type of layout. i mainly think the layout of the info can be better using modern web tech (CSS3/HTML5, JS, Modenizr, etc).

Luke Rossi aka "TheColorCute"- I get to make one of these now, right?  I first started playing paintball in 2005 during middle school. My buddy got a gun and from the first moment he let me shoot it, I was hooked. It took me another year to get my first gun, but it eventually happened. I got a PMI Piranha E-Force GTI as an early Christmas gift. It came with all the goodies, including a mask, a pod pack/pods, a CO2 tank, a barrel squeegee, etc. After that, we created a team. After the Piranha, I started buying guns for myself. My next gun was a Spyder Victor II (more of a backup gun/gun for my friends to use), then a Smart Parts Nerve, then an Ego9, and so on and so forth. At one point I had a Zeus pistol, but that's currently laying in pieces somewhere in the den after my middle school team "captain" decided to take it apart to "fix" it and wasn't able to figure out how to put it back together. Currently, I'm a sophomore at the University of Vermont with a double major in Algebraic Geometry and Astrophysics. I work part time, and I enjoy cars, computers, movies, shenanigans, and life. I was asked to be a Forum Captain in November of 2009 (to the dismay of various users on the site: "How the heck did a 2k9'er become an FC?!?!". I was promoted to moderator in July of 2011, and hope to contribute as much as I can to the site.

Yeah, I have a lame username and I wish I could change it. Relentless was just a dinky little 3 man team I played on back when I was really into playing paintball in Iowa. Anyway, I played paintball...eh, about early 2004ish, give or take and by 2005, I started getting into it more seriously. The field I frequented was this little rinkadink place (didn't even have Sup Air, we had to use spools for our speedball field) called ACP Warfield (Iowa guys may or may not remember it). Anyway, played there a lot, worked there on weekends and then by the end of 2006, the field closed and that's when I stopped playing. Fast forward to October, 2009 and I'm going to NPPL Vegas with a buddy of mine to help him photograph the event and stuff. Met some cool dudes, really got into photography and when 2010 rolled around, I did 5 Nationals (3 PSPs, 2 NPPLs) and I've loved every minute of it...Except for maybe the Mudlandz. If you've ever heard of the PhotoMOB, I'm one of the founding members, look at me go!
