Lmfao, what was that like a Nerf tomahawk or something? Either way, nice kills...I've been thinking about doing something like that, did you paint your hawk with anything? Or just hack them up?

How do they enforce a kill besides honesty? I know some players would stay in if they didn't have paint on them. You could dip it in paint before you tag them. The tagger guy was yelling at them to walk out.

thats funny. In OR we played alot of Scenario games hosted by TAW Scenario Paintball, and they allowed rubber tactical knives. If you sign up for "specialty" dog tags, and get a Knife kill, you can take that players tags. It really made things extra fun. We all carried rubber training knives in our TAC vests.

When I clicked on this thread I was expecting a Missile attack of some sort.
This is definitely different .lol Wish you would have thrown it at them.

Thank you for not having thrown it at the players during this clip, I hate that ****. I can understand if you hit me with a Nerf Sword or whatever, yeah ok its a barrel tag, no big deal. But you shouldn't be allowed to throw a Nerf Tomahawk at me and have it count as a kill. That's ridiculous, and its happened to me at a scenario before. If you are going to attack from a distance, use your freaking marker.

That's got to be frustrating though -- to run around and convince people who are saying "huh? wtf was that?" that you got them out.
Agreed on the throwing, this is a barrel tag only thing and I'd feel safer with you smacking me with a nerf tomahawk than touching me with your barrel tip anyways - but it should really be explained in the pre-game rules so you don't have to follow up with "Raise your hand! GET OUT! YOUR OUT!"

I've been fortunate enough to only meet people who will walk off the field when I lightly tap them with my nerf axe. The big one. However, there's some people out there who claim that if someone ever touched them like they the first thing they would do is punch them. Talk about psychotic.
I don't see what the big deal is with rubber foam melee attacks. Unless you're seriously putting force into your swing, I see no reason why it shouldn't be allowed, it's fun! Besides, the bigger the weapon you walk around with, the bigger the target you make.
What I like to do when I'm wearing my tac vest is attach a carabiner to one of the straps that go over my right shoulder. I rotate it so the little end is close to my body, then slip my axe through the larger side and just let it hang. From the comments I got it looked pretty cool, easy to get to grips with when needed to boot. Gives my paintball experiences a little barbarian flavor.

Pretty dang cool. An airsoft place in Ohio does zombie games. Everyone starts with unloaded weapons, but they can have anything nerf. Swords, tomahawks, whatever. They have to hit the zombies twice before a zombie is dead. Ammo is found along the way during the game, and it is not a lot.
This video just reminded me of that. I'd like to do a paintball version of this at my local field.
