What kind of marker is this? owner said it was from 1997 and they paid $300 for it "back in the day".

Yeah I just saw it for the first time and it was just a jt sticker on there. Hah. But I still didn't knw what it was for sure. They sent me a picture and said all the stuff was 35 so I figured itd be worth it. Thanks for the input.
