ASA pin will not withdraw when i unscrew the cap
When i screw the cap in, the pin will move foward and puncture the tank to air it up, but when i withdraw it, it wont move backwards. How do i fix this?

that happens to me sometimes when the air in the tank is almost empty. is your tank full? it might not be pressurized enough to push it back. can you push it back with your finger?

Looks like you need to tighten that hex bit inside the ASA that's behind the pin.
You'll need a socket, I forget what size, though.

He's not talking about the tank reg, he means that actual ASA. With on/off ASAs you have a pin that moves forward (the on position), allowing air flow, when you turn the ASA to the off position, the pin moves back, stopping air flow.
