Tes from personal experience, I got a consumption/ dwi under the influence of marijuana and was still eligible for Nuke, you become whats called a Nuke B (A waiver Nuke if you will) you have to talk to the commander (its been so long I forget the rank) down at Meps I believe then one of the Nuke personnel who is ranking down at Meps in your state comes in gives you the NAPT test, they say its tough but if you took hard classes in High School, its actually very simple and easy. I aced it but decided I didn't want to go Nuke.
As a side note, today is my last day of freedom, tommorow Meps, then Wednsday bootcamp. My A school is in Fort Leonardwood, MO. Hope to see you all on the other side!

My recruiter is trying to push me into nuke. Idk if I want to do it. 27 months of school and a 6 year contract.

I'm joining the Navy.
Any ideas on jobs in CompSci? Recruiter wants me to go into nuke, but it's not really my thing.
EDIT: If it helps any, my ASVAB score was 89.
