New Creed owner
So I finally did the switch from my old 09 Ego to a V2 Creed.
So far it's everything I had hoped for. A smoother and quieter poppit valve marker.
Throw in all the added value provided with the marker and it's a win in my books.

Nice! You won't be disappointed. No matter what people may say, Creeds are the nicest shooting poppit out there.
Mine is the same color.

Ok, I tried dialing in the marker on the chrono today. Using the standard method.
Back out all the screws.
1 turn out on the HPR.
Set the LPR to flush.
And it was shooting about 325 with an approx 686 ball with the 689 back.
I had to back out the LPR much further than I wanted to so I could get 290.
Do I have some sort of factory freak? I guess I can re-try with 3/4 out on the HPR.
But the marker isn't even broken in yet. The shot counter had 25k on it, which I am
almost certain 20k of it was either dry firing or just noid clicking without air.
Guess we'll find out next weekend, since I have practice and two full X-ball matches.

may have been the paint, it was hot as freak today and, while my creed has been stolen, all the other guns were probably shooting a little hot because of the weather (humid and hot as hell)...see what happens next weekend when you go to chrono...id start at 3/4 on the HPR and see what happens

The LPR doesn't have to be flush. You turn it in until you hit your desired velocity. 1 Turn out on HPR is good

This is true.
1 turn out on hpr, lpr adjust to desired FPS. The lpr screw may stick out a thread or so. Remember this is a ballance marker not an ego, they run completely different in operations

Yup....what eric says. Unless you have an older LPR body, which is unlikely, you shoudl see a thread or so sticking out on the LPR once you're adjusted to your desired velocity. Then it'll be butter.

After preparing the marker for the weekend,
I noticed I'm exactly 1 turn out on the HPR, and exactly 1 turn out from flush on the LPR.
Should make chrono'ing this marker really easy without the need for an actual chrono when teching at home after practices or events.
And then just fine tune once I get to the field and paint match.
So far I'm completely impressed with the marker.
Lets see how it does after 5 cases this weekend of high paced crazy x-ball action.
But somehow I don't see myself letting anyone else shoot it in a match or practice.
That's about the only thing so far I liked more about my Ego9....I could lend it to
a 6 yr old and they couldn't kill it LOL.

It should be fine. My creed has had nothing but oil in the ram after the upgrades. Two years now. Granted I don't play as much as some people but it's still going strong.
One thing I did do is put dow55 on all the static orings just to keep them sealed up nice. I do that to every marker and it seems to pay off. I'm old.......the last thing I want to do is tech my gun. I want to play then nap! lol.

Absolutely in LOVE with this marker.
I was able to play home, hold my lane and still hear communication
from both sides of me. Where previously with my Ego9 I couldn't hear ****.
Smooth as silk, decent efficiency fired 670 rounds on 2400 psi off my 50/4500
tank.
I do have a small leak in the ASA, and I do mean small.
So small that I'm not even gonna bother fixing it till after the weekend
and 3 days of great X-ball. That's when I'm gonna strip the marker for the first
time and Dow55 the statics, Dow33 the dynamics, minus the gun oil for the rammer.
I can see myself converting a few local Ego owners to Creeds.

Glad you like it. The asa will leak a little bit when you first air it up. Just make sure you turn the knob in all the way.

Nah, it's a constant leak. But like I said it's so small it doesn't effect anything.
And shouldn't take but 5mins to resolve, when I get finished sunday night.
The only possible way they could improve on this marker is to make a better
grip system to better protect the electronics from moisture....like monsoon rain storms
I seem to get stuck playing in during matches.

I'm assuming my settings are fine for PSP 15.4
Dwell 10
Debounce 4.5
Eye Delay 10
Eye Sens 10
Bolt delay 6.5
Clearing shot on
FSDO Time Disabled
FSDO Dwell 1.0
Loader Pulse 1
Dwell might be a tad low since I don't even think the marker is fully broken in yet.
But it seemed to rip pretty nicely last night.

The Marker ripped people up sunday. And my team went 2-0 on the day.
I'll make the adjustments to the settings. I kinda had concerns shooting 15.4 bps
and the eye delay being either too slow or too fast. The Creed eyes appear to
be really sensitive to paint splatter as well. Never broke a ball all weekend,
but we did have some issues with broken paint in the bags. And the GI 3 star bags
are really difficult to inspect, since they're all covered in logos with almost no
clear spots to see into the bag. I had to clean up my rotor catch cup between
matches since it looked like a kiddie pool filled with strawberry milkshake. LOL
Now to order myself a .685 hero barrel.

Well any gun with eyes won't really like paint with icing lol. I always hated bags that aren't transparent like that. You know they do it on purpose Anyway, sounds like the gun worked awsome. I see you're in Canada, where do you play out of?
