I haven't played paintball in the past two years and was wondering what the average size paintball is now at CRU and TCP.

We've seen a trend in smaller bore for both KEE and DXS paint which is what is carried at the 2. Most of the players have varied from .679 to .687 depending on which paint you get.

Very true. The one tourney I played at the old cru place, XO was rolling through my eigenbarrel.

Seems that the higher end you go, it get's a bit larger? At least with Valken it is that way.

The owners speak the truth. I like to underbore my paint and I haven't used anything bigger than a 0.679 freak insert in well over a year. The paint itself I haven't seen bigger than a 0.683 or so. I've even used my reball insert 0.670 a few times.

GOG has just released some newer smaller than 0.679 bore inserts, and there are some newer barrels being produced by other manufacturers as well, so it can't just be here in Michigan either.

seriously? i knew paint was getting small, but what happend to .68 caliber?

Paint is still .68 but on the lower side of it...... Even the paint (Valken brand) we use at Action is running small. The smalest bore I have is .687 and I could probably go smaller.
