depending on your budget and how customizable you want it to be you could go for :

worrframe: SF board, only firing mode selection, otherwise e1 frame knockoff ($75'ish good condition). good for plug and play players

e1/worrblade with e1 board: customizable settings, only semi and classic mode, worrblade has a larger square trigger guard. ($100-$125 good condition) goodd for tinkerers on a budget.

zeroB in e1 or worrblade: e2 software in an e1 style frame, customizable settings, semi and ramping modes, better battery life than e1 board or SF board ($125-$150 good condition)

e2 frame: larger screen, same software as zeroB, better trigger (based on majority opinion, this is a matter of personal taste), fully enclosed solenoid for easier cleaning. ($150-$200 depending on condition)

You can replace any eblade board with the scenario dreams T-board as a drop in replacement, it's super inexpensive but it requires extensive adjustment to work at it's best performance. You can also replace the SF board with minor mods.

There is also the raceframe, which is just as (if not more) customizable as the eclipse frames, but has less support and available replacement parts are usually more expensive, plus it's harder to run an MQ valve with it because of lower energy output.

I have a 2k5 Black magic with the stock worrframe drilled for buttons, a scenario dreams board and an e1 samurai trigger and I prefer the feel of it to a spare e1 worrblade I now have laying around in a parts box.

it will if it's an e2 worrblade, but you're still stuck with the e1 trigger, the later worrblades had the window milled out to e2 specs, but the rest of the frame is still the same.

bigger lcd screen on the back. the older e1 screen was smaller and a little offset to the left. its really the board that makes the difference though. it will still work fine, just part of the screen will be covered up.

karnis came stock with the worrblade frame, this one has the larger screen for the e2/zero-b boards:
