WCPS 2011: Event #3 June 25th @ Red Dot Paintball- Tri-Cities, WA
West Coast Paintball Series
Presents: The 2011 Season,
Event #3- Saturday, June 25th
-Location: Red Dot Paintball- Tri-Cities, WA
-Entry is $150 a team for both the 5-man Novice and Rookie divisions, $90 a team for both the 3-Man Beginner and Pump divisions. Entry is $60 for the 3-Man Young Guns division. $100 Entry for Open teams.

(maximum of 6 players per roster for Novice/Rookie divisions and 4 players for Beginner, Pump, and Young Guns divisions, $20 for each additional player)
-Paint- Four grades of Draxxus paint $50- $65 (Rec-sport, Bronze, Silver, Gold) *Notice price increase for rec-sport only*
-Center Flag Format
-Games begin at 9 a.m. , player's meeting at 8:30 a.m.
Teams must prepay for their Entry Fee online.
(Last year's free entry vouchers are still valid for the 2011 season. Please email us before the event you plan to use it so we know your team is attending and we can include you on the team list.)
Novice & Rookie teams will recieve a $25.00 discount, and Beginner and Pump teams will receive a $15.00 discount for registering early. To receive this discount, teams must prepay their Entry Fee by 11 PM, May 31st.
Teams have until 11 PM Wednesday, June 22nd to prepay at the regular price for entry. If your team doesn’t register by 11 PM on Wednesday, your team won’t be able to participate in the event.

PLAYERS:
Here's some info for camping and hotels. Most places are pretty well booked already because there is a large baseball tournament going on that weekend, so if you are wanting to stay in a hotel, call asap!
CAMPING (At Red-Dot):
There is no need to pre-register, there is room for 100 spaces if necessary.
$20.00 for RV or Trailer overnight, +tax.
$10.00 per tent.
If there is an RV or trailer, you must only have as many vehicles in the spot that all the people can sleep in the RV or trailer.
Red Dot will be able to set everyone up on Friday. For those arriving after gates are closed, there are 26 RV sites outside our gate. You can take care of camp fee's in the morning. Please identify yourselves as a RED DOT Paintball Camper to anyone who may ask that day. Red Dot will have their own camp sheet to display in the windows.

Whats up with red dot letting teams play the day before the tourney. This will be unfair to teams who show up the day of.

We spoke to Red Dot about the matter. They're going to release the lay out this Friday, which will give some teams time to prepare. Other than that, we don't really have control over what the field decides to do. |
