Hello, i have just purchased an 09 Slg basic from my friend who used it for maybe half a years worth or rec play. i have used it once with no problems until now. when i gas my marker up, air leaks from the back but i already know what the problem is, i just cant unscrew the black back cap from the back bolt. any information that can help will be greatly appreciated!

I dont think I understand the problem.
You cant get the cap cap off of the body? you cant get the bolt to seperate from the back cap once its out of the body

sorry for the unclear post.

the back cap wont unsrew from the plunger. im trying to access the bleed button.

o, ok.

have you tried using the correct sized allen wrench in the back cap, and then with a crescent wrench grab the flat sides of the plunger and rotate counter clockwise.

If that doesn't work try heating the assembly with a hair drier and the do the same as above. Old paint might be stuck inside of it.

but there is still air leaking out the back, and their is nothing wrong with the O rings.

is the bleed button "popping" out when you air it up? when you got it apart did you lube the small orings on the end of the bleed button?

If you did then you may not have the air pressure high enough through your reg. Try increasing the pressure and then shoot a few dry shots and see if that seals it.
