I think the only setting you have to worry about is setting up the gun for CO2 vs air (dwell setting). There should be a setting to choose between the two, just read the manual before you start using it.

Ebay also has fill adapters for about $25. I'm running a scuba tank with a fill adapter and the convenience is great. Just stay away from aluminum scuba tanks made before 1990, they had issues and scuba shops won't fill them up.

Cool thanks for the information, seems like the the high pressure fill is out of the question. Ill have to look into going the scuba tank route though, I live on a farm and have plenty of property to play games here so I would defenitley like to have the ability to re-fill bottles here.

Here's some information about using scuba tanks. Each time you refill a paintball tank the pressure goes down in the scuba tank. There's no issues if you are sharing the tank between a couple of people, but if you want to support a bunch you can get multiple tanks.

I went ahead and got that fill station, I do have one concern about getting scuba tanks and having them filled though. Do you have to be a certified diver to go get the scuba tanks filled?

Anyone can get a scuba tank filled. If you buy a used one, try to get one that's recently been hydro-ed and like I said earlier, don't by a pre 1990 aluminum scuba tank.

I picked up a PM8 for 275. You can get a prefectly good working Dm6/Pm6-8/Timmy for 300 and under. Buy used. Save a **** ton of money. Have a tournament level marker.
