Three Crossfire Tanks for sale, all were rehydro'd 5/09, so they have 3 years before needing rehydro. All have thread protectors. 45/45 and 88/45 have fill covers as well.

I have a question i dont know if it is stupid but can someone explain what the number over the number is. The 88/45. I know 45 is the psi but what is the 88? And im interested in it possibly once this is explained to me
