Saw it on a facebook page...and its not too bad because I do shoot for APG, but I did not recall submitting those images or granting permission for them to be used, not was I paid or even acknowledged for their use. I could have photo credit though

Call them and ask for compensation? or just say **** it and let it slide, depending on your relationship with them.

How would they got their hands on them if you didn't submit them? Are they available on a hosting site you use or your website? If not then you need to figure out just how they obtained the photos.
The first step you should do is make absolutely sure they are your photos. If they are then drop an email or call whoever you work with from APG and notify them of the issue.
From there it depends on what you want out of it, you could request compensation or simply to be credited in their next issue. Or you could sue them for copyright infringement and damages sustained from it.

Downloaded content from my website OR was submitted to them by Tommy who wrote the article. HE and I usually work on the stuff together so most likely that was the case.

Not cool.. I would be pissed, especially since you have some form of connection with the guy.

not to mention pbrack is the only one who benefits from my work being published via ad space.
X3 just stole some more images from me as well, I sent John images for Tommys article, but they didn't get through to John, so he must have print screened the images on my website for their publication because he used a lot of photos that I never had submitted. As well as the fact that all of the images are right click protected.
Either way, paintball stuff in peanuts I don't really care about the publications any more since they pay weak and are a huge hassle.
New logos for my new site and old site

Some fights just aren't worth it, it's tough being a businessman... an enemy made is a customer lost.
Oh, and when you get tired of throwing that off bridges (or cliffs) just send it my way.

I've been looking at getting a 70-200, would you recommend the 135 over it?

over the F4 version yes, over the 2.8 version...debatable. I love primes, and the 135 works well with my shooting style, and the F2 is awesome.

Wow that lens is only like a grand new, that's crazy for being a telephoto prime with that kind of aperture.

It sounds like it would be perfect for what I shoot, I usually shoot between 100 and 150mm depending on where they put my platform from the runway.
