Registering for a NPPL ID.

Can a person still stand in line on Thursday to get their pic id and registered ?? On the website it says its closed. I want to make sure i dont make the trek for nothing. Any insight is much appreciated.

you can get it there, it just costs more.

i believe it opens at 7 am

You can get a ID card at the event, registration both will open at 11:00am on Thursday and by 7:00am event days
