my dog (a mastiff) has destroyed way more than i care to think about...
she is perfect now (about 4 years old) but as a pup they LOVE to chew.

funny thing a lot of things dogs destroy are things you really like. It's because it has your scent on it. things like TV remotes and stuff you use with your hands a lot get your smell. dogs will destroy it and spread it around because it puts your scent all over. they do this because they miss you! makes it sad to come home and freak out at them when they just missed you. have had several hats and some ski goggles destroyed for the same reason.

My stupid wiener dog, used to tear shot up trying to get to my cats
When he was outside, he tore the dryer cover off the side of the house so he could go into the house to chase the cats and then after inside he shredded my weight bench seat

My dog has

Chewed a box frame
Chewed holes in a mattress
Dug threw and ripped sheets to eat a mattress
Ate an Iphone case while I was taking a piss (happened today)
Numerous head phones including some very expensive ones
Chewed a baby gate to break it to get out of a room
She is also a huge fan of puppy pads, which sucks since I bough 175 pack and she was good to go a week later and just ate them.

Then she has gone for the basics the weirdest thing is the hole in my fav pair of shorts I usually wear when getting ready for bed. She licks clothes a lot but this pair she put teeth marks in.

you name it my dog has chewed on it. She is just about a year old and has calmed down a lot but she still likes to **** things up when given a chance

no pee beside it then rip the pad up, and they come with a baby powder substance in them which is a pain to clean up

My lil pup was crazy when he was younger, he couldn't stay home alone. It got to the point where we crated and muzzled him so he couldn't do anything. Lo and behold, we came home, and he escaped out of the crate and out of his muzzle and opened my room door, got inside, dragged the garbage out and tore it apart in the living room. I was more impressed then mad to be honest.

anyone had their dog destroy a cage? my husky has bent the frame so much the metal gave out in a few spots. Now we have to use carabiners to keep her in. we have tried muzzles which worked great on our male...but she has some how found away to sheer that off too...

My boxer took his teeth and pulled on the bottom bar of a cage until it unlocked. He bent the hell out of the bar. He has also managed to flip the cage over because the bars on the bottom because the gaps are larger. He was then able to just walk out the larger gaps. Eventually we had to start using little master locks to lock him in. We no longer cage him so it's not a problem anymore.
