1st off- You did a great thing, male or female. I miss our dog but nobody hom anymore (2 college kids and 2 working parents)
2nd- AWWW SO CUTE
3rd- Stick with a 1 synonym name, dogs react to them better. For a Shepard I like: Zoe, Irene, Sadie, Nina.
1: I think you meant "syllable" not "synonym"
2: not 1 of the 4 names you suggested are one syllable, every one is 2 syllables.
You should name the dog "mop"

Actually, the "experts" say a two syllabel name works best, especially one ending with a long e sound. I don't stick to that, tho. I've had dogs named Helga, Rags, Jethro and Heineken who all responded to their names equally as well as the one named Mickey (short for Michelob). Our current dog is Caleb- no issues there, either.
Thanks. I'm very excited. I've been looking up pet friendly areas here in San Diego. There are quite a few including restaurants!

I don't know if you've given her a name yet, but you probably have since this thread was made quite some time ago.. Anyways, I have two Australian Shepherds and their names are Aussie and Sydney. Love them to death. Very, very smart and crazy active.
