Nitro car kit?

I'm looking for a bit of a cheap nitro kit, something like the HPI RS4 3 SS kit that was out years ago. My main goals here are to keep it cheap, have a fun car, but, most importantly, I want a kit so I can put it together myself.

If someone could point me in the right direction, it would be appreciated.

The hard part is going to be the "Kit" most of them are alot of money. Most of the cars are RTR now if you wanted a buggy or a truggy. That would be a different story.

I've noticed. It's a shame really. The best part of owning the RS4 3 SS kit was that I put it together. Hmm. Maybe I'll call up HPI. Maybe they have some left over. I hop.
