See if the check valve is in place. Also, do you know anyone with another Mini that would let you trade parts, so you can narrow it down?

Nobody I know would want to swap parts. I was thinking it might be something stupid like the top of the inline maybe. Or air isn't flowing evenly through the check valve. Maybe I'll just completely break it down and replace it all. I'm tired of this issue.

Make sure the check valve is installed correctly first.

I had a Mini that had a problem with the bolt guide. When I was adjusting the velocity something stripped and I had all kinds of velocity problems. I replaced orings, everything... the only way I narrowed down the problem was swapping bolt guides. I think it was a chip in the bolt guide that caused air to leak... anyhow that was the hardest problem I've ever had to figure out with my Mini. See if anyone would at least let you try to swap the bolt guide. Then it's narrowed down to a few parts that could go wrong.
