They say that they are too busy to answer their phones and have alot of unread emails. I just got an email after a month working with them waiting for replies that they were going to be ready for today but their machine just broke down. I know for sure i wouldnt be dealing with them.

We've done a few orders from them. Tried to get another order in earlier this year. Communication was minimal at best. Numerous calls and emails before getting a halfass response. Finally gave up on them and went with Animal. Must be nice to have so much business that you can afford to lose loyal customers!!!

Animal is where it's at. I have recently placed an order with them and even had a follow up email from Mondo asking how everything was going. THAT is service.

EYE2EYE is the ****! I personally think that the custom jerseys my team ordered from them would be mediocre, but the turned out ****ing GREAT! I was very surprised! I would go to them for life now. Just saying.

I have had eye2eye do my teams jerseys 2 years in a row.
Last year they were AWESOME!!!!

This year.... nothing but a BAD experience... Screwed up our order the first time (LOGO) and didnt print the side mesh.... I had to pay to have them redone (did get a 50% discount but still id rather them do if right the first time...) The sides of the banners are UNFINISHED and fraying right out of the box and they were not printed on the correct fabric.
In the second order they were supposed to finish the edges of the banners and they DID NOT.... still fraying. You could tell they were cut by hand with scissors and had crooked edges... Also the seams in the jerseys were crooked and sloppy, parts were not sewn properly and bunched up, 3 of the jerseys had the neck material not sewn in properly and was not even attached.... I had to hand stitch them my self...

Bottom line.... Find someone else other than EYE2EYE.

Their graphics and fabric are decent and their prices are affordable... but they can be hard to get a hold of, and quality is not consistent at all. This is my personal experience over the last 2 years.

I worked with eye2eye a few years back and had a great experience. Everything came out exactly as ordered, and they used art work that I supplied. I also received the jerseys (12 in all) about 2 weeks ahead of the date they had estimated delivery by.

Sounds like they've recently decided to stop practicing good business these days.

we got our teams jerseys (12 of them) at the beginning of this year and everything turned out perfectly with the artwork we gave them and some stuff they supplied for us. When getting these jerseys done before we were kept in constant contact with the designer and when finsihed got our jerseys in 2 days. Jerseys came out perfect and are really durable so far.

But now, when we try to order more jerseys for our second line, we havent gotten and response by phone or email after leaving many many messages. After this bad service of them saying the same thing over and over, our team is not going to use eye2eye anymore and just use RAZA from now on.
