Just recently purchased a mini for cheap and the problem I have been having is the bolt has been sticking forward and not returning backwards. Anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this?

take bolt out unlube then re lube

Also make sure the spring is on the bolt right, it should click when you put it on right. I would check the bolt tip too.

Your detents could be full of crap stopping them from moving when the bolt passes by too.

I cleaned my detents and the bolt and relubed it. It has an aftermarket Tech t gold bolt. It doesn't slide very well when it goes on the the guide body could this be the problem?

Definitely. I've had nothing but trouble with TechT bolts on the TM-7 because the tolerances were off. I'd try replacing it with stock if you have one, if not check out the Boss Bolt.

Take the front of the two orings off the techt bolt before you go back to stock. Because of how light the bolt it there you need to compensate for the amount of friction being put on it by two orings.

They have the replacement bolts on ansgear along with other aftermarket bolts.

Thanks for the help guys. Took the gun completely apart and cleaned everything and works perfect now.
