I wouldn't do a space heater in the rain. Silly lucas.. lol..
Theres been several threads recently about this very thing.
Like lucas said, put a lid on, tape your barrel ports up, fill your pods out of the rain, use electrical tape around your trips to seal them off better against the water, to protect your board. Make sure you keep your squeege out of the rain, keep it inside a normal pants pocket not a outside squeege pocket.
These are the types of days where straight shot squeeges rock because you can use them when wet with great results.
I would probably squeege my barrel every game if you don't tape your barrel ports up. You could probably get away with doing just the top and maybe the side ports.
