E1 Field Layout
Any idea what the field layout is going to be for E1 and when it will be set up?

The real question is whether or not we'll get the new bunker set in by then. If we do, the plan was to setup Texas PSP layout. If we don't, then I'm not really sure yet.
SupAir is having some difficulty getting fields manufactured and delivered.
Oh well.

The layout for the May 1st 5-man (on the larger field) will be the NCPA National Championship layout. I know I won't get the new bunkers in time for that - hopefully they'll come in in time for the 1st foXball event on May 14/15.
We have to wait and see.

Ok...I'm working on getting photos for both.
The larger field has been changed to a home grown layout - we used it this past weekend for 5-man practice - I think everyone liked it, so we're sticking with it.
I'll try to get pictures tomorrow (if it's not raining) and I'll post them up tomorrow night.

the field is not that different. I do feel that if you have been drilling for the past three weeks on NCPA your game should translate very well to this layout.
This is another reason you should come to play the ACTUAL layout the week before

I would have had them there if it wasnt easter weekend, i had 5 out of 8 players gone out of town.

the field was also setup the week before that as well...
just sayin'
But reguardless. I have played many many tournaments where we practiced the layout for weeks on end...only to show up to the actuall field and the layout changed a TON because of small changes in how the crew gridded the field...so plying on YOUR layout for three weeks never guarantees you are playing on what you will at a tourney.
Also, national events now only post the layout the weekend before. again just sayin' good luck this weekend...see you on the field!
