NT11 bolt back cap unscrewing?

Is anybody having any issues with their bolt pretty much unscrewing during use? I have had it unscrew itself on 2 different occasions.

are u only going hand tight? if u use an Allen key in the back it should snug up a little less than 1/16" of a turn. it won't even bind, it'll move then stop after that don't turn it anymore!

Did you check the spacer rod and back cap to make sure they were tight, like Dave's?

I would make sure it is as dry as possible, you dont really need much lube, if any on your back cap oring since it doesnt move at all

make sure there is no lube in your back cap threads (on the cap itself and the threads of the marker body)

this was a known issue a year or so ago, and in most cases it was because of excess lube on the back cap

Well it did it again in HB and tech installed a new back cap and tuned the marker. Will try will no lube as you say ElPanda and give it one more shot this weekend or its going to dye.
